The terms of the network.

• The ScaleMe Network is a private, invite-only network for founders of Indian small and mid-sized companies, run by ScaleMe Network Private Limited (CIN U74999TG2021PTC157445), Hyderabad, Telangana.
• ScaleMe is a facilitator. It is not a bank, a lender, a broker, a merchant banker, an investment adviser or a credit rating agency. Nothing on the platform is investment advice, an offer of securities, or a promise that anyone will be funded.

• Applying does not make you a member. We review each application and may speak to you before deciding. We may decline an application, and need not say why.
• What you tell us must be true to the best of your knowledge. You may only apply for a company you are authorised to speak for.
• Membership is for the company and the people it names. Do not share your sign-in.

• Share another member's details, or anything from the network's resources, outside the network without permission.
• Use the network to sell to other members without being asked.
• Try to reach parts of the platform that are not open to you.

Applying and membership are free today. If that changes, we will tell members in writing before it does, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

• We run the platform with reasonable care, but it is provided as it is. We are not liable for decisions you make on the strength of what you read or whom you meet through it.
• We may suspend or end a membership that breaks these terms.
