How we handle your information.

The ScaleMe Network is run by ScaleMe Network Private Limited (CIN U74999TG2021PTC157445), Hyderabad, Telangana. This notice says what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

• When you apply to join: your name, role, email, phone number, and what you tell us about your company.
• When you sign in: your email address and the one-time code we send you. We do not use passwords.
• When you use the network as a member: what you add to your company's profile, and any documents you upload.
• If you apply as an investor or a service partner: your name, role, contact details and what you tell us about your firm.
• If you subscribe to ScaleMe Insights, our newsletter: your email address, and the page and time you signed up.
• If you speak with our team on a recorded call: a written transcript of the call, who was on it and when, and notes our team takes from it. We tell you at the start of the call that it is being recorded, and you can ask us not to record it.
• A record of the messages we send you, and of the choices you make on the platform.
• A record of when you sign in and which member resources you open or download, kept by day. We use it to see whether the network is useful to members. We do not track how you move around a page, and we use no advertising or third-party tracking.

• To consider your application and to write to you about it.
• To run the network for members: sign-in, resources, and messages from our team.
• Where you ask for it, to introduce your company to an investor or a service partner. We do not do this without your agreement to that recipient by name.

• The ScaleMe team.
• The companies that run the services we depend on: our hosting provider, our database and file storage provider, our email provider, our call recording and transcription provider, and the automation service that passes call transcripts to us. They process information for us and are not allowed to use it for anything else.
• Nobody else, unless you have agreed to them by name, or the law requires us to disclose it.
• We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

• Our database and file storage are in India.
• We keep your information for as long as your application or membership is open. Ask us to delete it and we will, within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
• A newsletter subscription is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. The mailing list itself is held by our email provider, which sends the newsletter for us.
• Call transcripts and the notes from them are kept with your company's record, for as long as your application or membership is open, and are deleted with it. Our call recording provider makes the recording and transcript and may keep its own copy outside India, under its own terms with us.

• You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.
• You can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. Every broadcast email and every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link.
